STORE MANAGER

We are currently recruiting a Store Manager for a leading Italian bridal, groom, and formalwear brand for our new store opening in Warsaw this November.

The selected candidate will oversee the grand opening of the Warsaw boutique and play a pivotal role in managing the store. Specifically, they will lead the team, manage all operational aspects, and commit to delivering a memorable shopping experience to our customers. Responsibilities include daily staff coordination, merchandising optimization, and driving professional growth through continuous training and feedback.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with at least 4 years of experience in assisted sales within the retail apparel sector.

Essential qualifications:

• Strong empathy, leadership, organizational skills, and a goal-oriented mindset

• Comfort working in fast-paced environments

• Proficiency with standard digital and IT tools

• Fluency in Italian is preferred, in order to serve as a liaison with the Italian company headquarters/ownership
